Human Behavior and Organization

Behavior is an overt action that is observable, certainly applies to many job activities.
The solution to most of the human problem in industry requires knowledge of human behavior. Such knowledge can be derived in part through experience, and it would be a poor observer of human behavior who did not , through observation and experience, develop some useful insights.

Like the game of Project Maka-tao, where in  the inner circle has to solve a puzzle while their behavior is being observed by the outer circle, and likewise to the outer circle by inner circle. The behavior of being observed contributes a lot to the game, it helps the observer to refer whether the individual is to be retained or else, to be fired.

Same as when behavior is applied in an organization, your job performance  is being observed by  the people who make visual discriminations. That's why it is ideal for an individual to know about the aspects and dimension  of the behavior before he gets into it.

Made to Last Forever

Money was never a big motivation for me, except as a way to keep score. The real excitement is playing the game." --Donald Trump

At most, I will live a hundred years on earth,  and then spend forever in eternity to where I am made to last forever.

I exist for about 20 years here on earth still not knowing in what area would I be good at. I don't even know how to manage my life and what would drive me to fulfill my dreams and goals,I don't know how to be a good HUMAN RESOURCE! Freaking isn't it? What i know is how to live life to the fullest. I do things that fits to my mood, I work but when it feels tiring I rest ,  I study but when my head seems twisting i stop, and when I sleep I dream.
I am not an accident of course! I live on purpose and mission to finish  and soon be sculpted into something.. But for now being in the process of finding myself, all I can say is that I am determined for something I think I want, I am willing to discover something out of me that can be pervaded to my comrades, and soon be an exemplary citizen of my country.
I can say that, this is the beauty of my existence, as long as I don't underrate someone, as long as I live, I will learn things and as long as I learn, I will care for my folks. :))
